The British Broadcasting Corporation has firmly exposed several pictures and videos making the rounds as current attacks in South Africa has been exaggerated and tagged misrepresented views of the current situation in the country. "The teeming masses are being misinformed to instigate violence in the country and in other visiting nations" says Maya Hayakawa.
Some of the claimed pictures and videos posted on several social media platforms are not a clear pictures/videos of what's happening in South Africa. They either happened in other countries or some other times not connected to xenophobia.
