Human Rights Activist and pro-democracy campaigner, Omoyele Sowore has regained freedom.
Sowore was arrested and charged to court by the Nigerian government for planning a nationawide tagged #RevolutionNow.
He was released on Thursday evening after the Federal High Court in Abuja ordered his release for the third time.
The development followed today’s court ruling by Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu of the Federal High Court, Abuja for his release within the next 24 hours.
Sowore, also the online publisher of Sahara Reporters has been kept in detention since August 3.
He is expected to appear in court on tomorrow Friday for commencement of trial.
